Refund policy

STOCK ORDER (NON-CUSTOMIZED)

Standard returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from receipt of goods. Any item approved to be returned must come back to us in "as new" condition. You must call us to make arrangements prior to returning any goods or the return may be refused. Items cannot be returned after more than 30 days from receipt of goods unless arrangements have been made with a Kindred Apparel Representative.

Any returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer and any items that are returned collect will not be accepted unless the customer has made prior arrangements with a Kindred Apparel Representative.

Faulty products are eligible for replacement under the following conditions: Notification of any faulty products must be made to Kindred Apparel within 72 hours of receiving your order. You are required to call (250-532-2992) or email (team@kindredapparel.com) to alert us of any problems or concerns regarding your order. The customer may be asked to email photos, or return the product (shipping at the expense of Kindred Apparel) before a replacement item is dispatched. If faulty items are approved for replacement, the identical item will be dispatched to the customer, or, if the item is no longer available, a credit will be issued to the customer for use at the Kindred Apparel web store (www.kindredapparel.com).

 

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Due to the custom nature of these products, we are not able to refund customized products.

Custom orders include any custom printed or produced bags, T-shirts, accesories, labels, or tags as well as any non-stocked items that have been specially ordered through Kindred Apparel from any supplier or manufacturer. All custom printed products are made-to-order through our supplier, JOYYA (previously named Freeset). Once an order has begun production at JOYYA there are no cancellations. All cancellations made prior to the commencement of production must be done in writing via email and are only considered accepted with approved response from Kindred Apparel.

Kindred Apparel is not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or text that have been confirmed by the client. Please make sure your order is correct and that you notify Kindred Apparel of any errors immediately when reviewing your final Product Preview, Purchase Order Confirmation and Invoice.

FAULTY ITEMS
