Shipping policy

 

Kindred works with multiple shipping agents to get your products delivered to you in the most economical way given your timing requirements for delivery.  For shipments embarking from India, we use FedEx.  For shipments from our Canadian warehouse we ship using Canada Post.  

Shipping and handling is paid for by the customer at time of order through www.kindredapparel.com and is automatically calculated at time of purchase. (Typically shipping is included in all orders over a predetermined threshold, ie. $150 CAD).

Items will ship in a timely manner, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

DELIVERY TIMES

If your order is shipping from the:

  • Canadian warehouse, delivery time is between 4-7 business days.  
  • India warehouse delivery times are between 5-10 business days. 

If you need it in a hurry, you will have the option of selecting expedited service during the checkout process on our website.  

Occasionally, for orders shipping from India into the Canada, Canada Customs will conduct a deeper inspection of an order which can delay delivery of a shipment.  This is not a common occurrence, and our customer care team will be in contact with the shipping agent if this were to occur.  Rest assured that Kindred will keep you up to date with any delays and ongoing resolution.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

You must notify Kindred Apparel within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of any damaged items received. You must inspect your order for damaged box corners, crushed boxes, etc., prior to signing for the delivery. If there is a damaged piece, you must sign for it as damaged and notify us immediately. If your order is damaged and no claim has been reported within 24 hours, the carrier will not honour your claim for the damaged items.
